Cao Wei Proposed the Comprehensive Low-Carbon City Concept to London Mayor Boris Johnson

On September 16, 2013, Boris Johnson, Mayor of London, met with Xu Weiping, representative of ABP (London) Investment Ltd., and Chinese architectural planner Cao Wei at the press conference on the building of ABP Holding Group London Headquarters. During the conference, Mr. Cao presented his book "Natural City" to Mayor Boris. Mr. Cao elaborated on the landscape planning orientation of traditional cities and the new concept of building low-carbon cities at all fronts. He believed that the building of an ecological city at all fronts is a brand-new and revolutionary concept. A city that can realize low-carbon development, convenient life and efficient management is about to become a reality. He also proposed some new ideas for facilitating London's efforts to build a low-carbon city, and also drew some insights from the construction and development of London.

Mr. Cao told the reporter that he advocates the concept of green city, and the main goal is to build a comprehensive urban transportation system in order to better solve urban traffic and pollution problems. He also expressed that the vision of a humanistic city is not only to grant residents with access to the best medical and health care facilities, but also to traditional Chinese medicine and health care, and promote the development of green ecological projects such as health preservation, psychological care, and healthy diet, thus promoting prosperity and advancing diversified and sustainable development of the city.
