In the summer of 2012, on the outskirts of Lecce in the beautiful region of Saranto in southern Italy, mayors of several southern cities, deans of the Academy of Fine Arts, and famous architectural planners and social activists from China gathered.

They talked about the splendid history, culture and food of Italy and the world, but they also expressed concern about many of the world's problems. This includes the rush to life brought about by the rapid development of cities. It also includes modern cities that have lost their own history, culture and folklore. There is also damage caused by urban disorder, massive pollution, war and natural disasters. All this has resulted in the loss of a healthy and high-quality living environment for many urban residents.

So in this context, together they envisioned a good wish to spread the concept of Organic Life to the world through everyone's efforts, so that the world's residents living in cities and towns could enjoy a high quality of life. Can touch the local history and culture, can experience and taste the local folklore, art and food, so that city residents can live happily and feel happy, healthy. So they agreed to form an international alliance of cities with world influence, which is the origin of the International Alliance of Organic Life cities and towns to build a healthy city of Organic  Life .
